Please read the terms and conditions before using any service. The use of any service means you accept them.
Personal details taken from clients during consultation will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. All your personal information will not be shared with third parties. Looky Beauty would like to occasionally send you details of new services, any changes, and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these updates, please let me know.
A 50% deposit of the full treatment amount is required upon booking confirmation, which can be made via bank transfer. The remaining payment can be settled either by cash or bank transfer. An additional charge might be applied to cover travel costs. Please note that a minimum spend of £45 (London £60) per visit is required.
Looky Beauty requires 24 hours' notice, either by phone, message, or email, if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 100% of the cost of your treatments.
Call Out Fee
A minimal call-out fee of £45 (London £60) applies. Due to the nature of our mobile service, assuming the client is satisfied with the service at the time of the therapist's departure from your house, no refund will be given.
Weddings / Private Events & Deposits
A 50% deposit of the full event amount is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining 100% of the payment amount is due 14 days before the event.
If the client cancels prior to 30 days before the event, 50% of the booking amount is non-refundable.
If the client cancels within 14 days of the event, 100% of the booking amount is non-refundable.
Looky Beauty reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including situations where your payment is not authorised or if you are running late, which could impact another client's appointment.
Inappropriate behaviour by the client during a treatment may lead to immediate termination or cancellation of the treatment. Payment will still be required for the full treatment price in such cases.
